ROOMROOT may use a combination of ROOMROOT-managed inventory and approved supplier-partner fulfillment. Because products can have different fulfillment routes, processing time, shipping method, and delivery estimates may vary by item.
Available shipping options and charges are shown during checkout whenever possible. Orders containing products from different fulfillment sources may arrive in separate packages.
Tracking information will be provided when available. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees and can be affected by carriers, weather, address issues, supplier processing, and other events outside our control.
If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or materially different from what was ordered, contact us promptly through the Contact page with your order number and supporting photos where relevant.
Mushroom-growing products and other freshness-sensitive goods may have product-specific fulfillment and replacement terms that will be shown with the applicable product once that category is activated.
